I don't think this is self-destructive behavior. Rather, I think it's pretty liberating. Plus, you wouldn't be able to tell and I think my walls are pretty thick, tall and hopefully secure. I might slip up a little at times to the right person at the wrong time though I hope that doesn't happen too often. You know who you are. 

Sometimes, a poison may be the cure and maybe, this is what I need in this moment. After all, there is no better time than now.

& when this is put behind far enough where I can have a laugh about it, that's when I'll know what's really good for me, and when I can be sure of what I'm looking for.
