Brisbane, Part 2.
Tuesday, February 11, 2014 @ 6:24 PM

So I got my laptop repaired. Yay for AppleCare & extended warranty (?!).

This is a little too much way back though, because I was in Sydney when drafting this and I have been back for over 2 months. So I have a bit of Brisbane to update on about. And I got sunburnt pretty bad. On my hands along the 'L' when I do the loser sign and maybe the tips of my fingers? Oh and the back of my hands and a little on my shoulders and the top of my thighs where my shorts end. Weird. Plus I have 3 blisters on 3 different toes. But it is all worth it. I think.

So pictures!

The sky in Brisbane was to-die-for! Sky so blue and clouds so white. Awesome contrast and always making me happy looking at them. I may have taken one a day or something.

On our last day in Brisbane, we had a nice romantic dinner on the balcony outside our room with microwaved food and fake flowers.

#travelteddy while waiting for a train to Gold Coast.

These were from the drive into the city on the first day where I was still a mountain tortoise and momentarily banished to the passenger seat.

Breakfast and lunch on Day 1 from a drive-thru after an almost 2h drive from Brisbane to Gatton. It hailed!!! Right after getting the food I had wanted to park and take a polaroid with a windy field blowing in the background but it freaking HAILED!!!!

My friend's dorm room. I can now say that I have went to the toilet on campus halls, had dinner at their dining hall (AUD$9 & terrible food :x) and slept in a dorm room. What's missing is the actual studying and maybe a shower?

More of the campus.

We also went to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Filled with koalas (duh) and kangaroos and emus and various birds and a wombat and etc I can't remember right now.

Those are the birds.

I don't remember what these are. Maybe a dog or bear....?

Koalas.

This koala sure knows how to enjoy life. This should be me :\

Above 2 pictures of a koala RUNNING. Damn they are quick.

This post took me 2 months, and I'm only at less than a quarter through. I literally couldn't go through photos without having some sort of withdrawal. I miss Australia already :(

/I need to find a nicer, better way to upload shitloads of photos in a post and for it to look good.
