Past

Sometimes I think back to the past, ranging from an hour ago to years ago, and more often than not, I find myself cringing at my decisions, certain actions, thoughts, and etc. Why do I cringe?

Sometimes bad decisions are made. Sometimes horrid actions were taken. Sometimes I'm merely cringing at the "would have been", in other words meaning regret. But life goes on. Put it behind me, and keep moving forward. That's what I've learnt. No point hanging onto some stupid mistake and harping on it when you can just let it go and start anew. Not completely anew, but new enough anyway.
